The first third introduces golden honey and fresh hay, opening into toasted almond and gentle baker’s bread sweetness with a white pepper lift. The second third brings espresso roast and dried apricot layered over leather and mineral earth, with cedar holding everything steady. The final third closes with bittersweet chocolate, toasted sesame, lingering black pepper, and a subtle saline mineral echo.
